I had a very rough start to my breastfeeding journey due to painful nipples caused by a poor latch I suspected tongue tie but had no idea what I was looking for.

Contacted Pauline through her contact form she contacted me back very swiftly and has been supportive from then up until now. She found that my little girl was indeed tongue tied and gave me a lot of information in order for me to make an informed decision on how to move forward.

Since the tongue tie release my little ones latch has greatly improved and I know it will take time for her to build up her muscles however I have been given all the information and was shown exercises to do with my little one which will help her.

I really can't thank Pauline enough.
