Most importantly, she helped pull me back from a place of real despair. March 2026

I cannot thank Pauline enough, for the care and support she gave me and my son during such a difficult time. When I came to Pauline, my baby was just 6.5 weeks old and I was completely exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly beginning to feel quite desperate. Despite my concerns, I had previously felt dismissed by the NHS and not taken seriously, largely because my son was gaining weight well, and I wasn't getting the answers or referrals I so clearly needed.

From the moment she assessed him, I felt truly heard. Her approach was incredibly thorough,

and her depth of knowledge and experience immediately reassured me that we were finally in

the right place. Her background as both a tongue tie practitioner and lactation consultant, alongside her experience as a former midwife, meant she was able to look at the full picture, not just my son's feeding, but also my postpartum concerns, which made such a difference to me.

She took the time to carefully assess his oral function and feeding, helped me make subtle but effective adjustments to his latch, and showed me practical exercises to help release the tension under his tongue and encourage better function of his frenulum. I’m slowly seeing a difference, and having this knowledge has made such a positive impact on my journey already.

Pauline recommendation to see an osteopath she works closely with was another turning point. We made the decision to switch from our previous practitioner, and the osteopath we are now seeing has been absolutely amazing. It feels like everything is finally aligning, and we are now on a clear path to addressing my son's oral and muscular challenges.

Most importantly, she helped pull me back from a place of real despair. I now feel supported, better informed, and I can finally see a way forward.

Thank you for Pauline your compassion, your commitment, and your dedication. I will always be so grateful for the difference you have made to both me and my son.
