Pauline was incredibly professional and clearly very experienced when she released our son's tongue tie. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel that our baby was in very safe hands. We were quite anxious in the days leading up to the procedure, but Pauline completely calmed our nerves. The procedure itself was so quick, and our baby fed and settled immediately afterwards. We're very grateful for her care and reassurance throughout.
