After a long 7 weeks of our baby struggling with feeding and multiple misdiagnosis’s from our doctors I decided to do my own research and found that my boy was tongue tied. I came across Pauline via her website and contacted her straight away where she immediately got back in touch and booked us an appointment with herself within a few days.

Upon our visit Pauline was very friendly and professional and instantly knew what needed to be done. My son was 90% tongue tied & the procedure was done there and then in a professional clean environment. The aftercare we received was amazing & I can’t thank Pauline enough for all her help as I dread to think where we would be if we were still relying on the NHS for answers.
