"Just wanted to say a big thank you to Pauline from initial contact to procedure and beyond. As new parents we were both worried and not sure what to expect, but the process was clear, simple and well communicated to us and we very much appreciate the reassurance. Early days yet but we can see the changes in our baby after the tongue tie release but we both feel confident that this has helped our baby and very glad that we got it done here.
