We visited Pauline's Lichfield clinic with our 4 week old baby. In the appointment Pauline was extremely patient, comforting and understanding of my nerves. She explained the exam, criteria and procedure in depth but in terms that we're easy to understand. I was very confident that if my little one didn't need the frenulotomy Pauline would recommend not to go ahead.

The procedure was quick and our baby was suckling at my breast within seconds after the cut, as happy and content as any baby could be. Pauline then used the remainder of our appointment to offer breast feeding consultancy which has made a massive difference to our ongoing feeding, she's supported me since and now at 10weeks baby girl has gained weight and is a very happy and healthy little lady.
