Pauline was absolutely incredible when it came to supporting with our newborns tongue tie. His was significant and diagnosed at birth but he was born into an NHS Trust who will not support.

We booked an initial appointment but after a difficult few days feeding contacted Pauline to see if she could see us sooner which she was able to facilitate with short notice. In clinic,

Pauline was friendly and knowledgeable and talked us through every step. She treated our son with incredible care and gave us lots of feeding support afterwards, going over our appointment time. Would absolutely recommend if you require support with either feeding or tongue tie.
