We booked an appointment with Pauline after suspecting our baby might have a tongue tie. He had been uncomfortable for weeks, and although he’d been diagnosed with “colic,” we wanted to understand what was really causing his discomfort.

The procedure was difficult to watch as a mum, but Pauline was so kind, reassuring, and professional that we knew our baby was in safe hands. A few weeks on, he no longer makes clicking sounds while feeding and is so much more comfortable and happy.

We are incredibly grateful to Pauline for her help. Beyond the procedure itself, she provided us with valuable feeding guidance that has truly made a difference. Highly recommend.
