We got our baby’s tongue tie assessed and treated by Pauline at 8 days old after the NHS spotted it at birth but said it would not cause an issue. Despite this, our baby dropped 9.8% of her birth weight due to being unable to latch and feed correctly so having the tongue tie treatment was a life saver! Pauline was and still is extremely helpful, offering plentiful advice on lots of areas. She’s available at the drop of a text or phone call and even now, four weeks later, I know I can rely on her for advice. A massive thank you to Pauline for all of your help so far in our baby’s short life time! ☺️

a grateful mum
