We contacted Pauline when our baby was one day old and got a very quick and friendly response to talk through our tongue tissue issues and to get seen within a week. The appointment on the day was both gentle and hugely informative, she was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole appointment. I was especially grateful for the level of detail and explanation she went through about the exercises, this is something we didn’t have with a previous tongue tie assessment and it has made it feel really easy and simple to do these at home ourselves. My pain on feeding went almost overnight and my baby’s gone from slow weight gain before the procedure to good weight gain two days later. I’d gladly use Pauline’s services again.
