July 2025… the hands on support was invaluable!

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Midlands Infant Feeding Ltd today, and we can't recommend them highly enough!

We were concerned about some feeding issues with our infant and a possible tongue tie, and despite having very little knowledge on the subject, we felt completely supported from start to finish.Pauline Evans was recommended to us by our midwife, and we can see why.

She was incredibly accommodating and understood our urgency, managing to fit us in for an appointment very quickly.From the moment we arrived, Pauline was brilliant. She explained everything about tongue ties and the symptoms in such clear and easy-to-understand detail, which was incredibly helpful us. She then swiftly and professionally performed the procedure.

What truly put our minds at ease was the ample time she dedicated afterward to help my wife with her feeding technique. This hands-on support was invaluable and made a huge difference.

Nothing felt rushed at any point; the entire consultation was conducted with the utmost professionalism.

And to top it all off, there's convenient off-road parking, and on a rainy day, a kind gentleman even offered to walk my wife to the car with an umbrella!It was truly a five-star service all around.
