Pauline was a very knowledgeable and thorough practitioner. She is clearly very skilled and treated my baby with kindness and care. I appreciated how she informed and showed me throughout her process and what she was doing. I felt in good hands as my baby obviously did too because not long after the procedure she was giving Pauline all the smiles! All three of my children have had tongue ties had to be cut now and Pauline was my first experience doing this privately and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
