From the second we met Pauline we felt she took our concerns seriously August 24

“We couldn’t have asked more of Pauline during this journey.

Unfortunately our little one had to have a division and subsequent redivision or a tongue tie after scar tissue continued to restrict movement after the first procedure.

From the second we met Pauline we felt she took our concerns seriously and listened to the gut instincts we had about feeding problems with our baby when we really were at our wits’ end.

She was incredibly professional during both procedures, ensuring we fully understood the process, risks and aftercare required and well as helping both us and our baby to feel as calm as possible. We felt she went above and beyond to support us after the procedure with feeding advice and check in on progress with healing.

She’s deservedly obtained the name Auntie Pauline amongst our family and others in our NCT group. And should we have a hint of any concerns with feeding or tongue tie with any future children we will be reaching out to her immediately.”
