Our son was born with a tongue tie, which meant he wasn’t hitting his weight milestones after birth and we were understandably very worried. We were recommended to contact Pauline and I’m so glad we did.


From the moment I got in touch, she was compassionate, professional and reassuring. She got us in so promptly, which made such a difference at a time when every day felt important. The whole experience was seamless and we have received l five-star care.


Pauline was gentle, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making us feel completely at ease. We felt listened to, supported and genuinely cared for throughout.
