I took my three week old son to Pauline for a tongue tie procedure and was blown away by her knowledge, skill and professionalism from the initial phone call through to after care.

During the assessment, Pauline took time to explain what she was looking for and why, which my husband and I found interesting and reassuring in equal measure. The procedure was quick and painless for my baby and he fed immediately after.

For me, the most valuable part of the appointment was Pauline's knowledge as a lactation consultant where she taught me and my son how to breastfeed most effectively and wow, what a difference it made! For the first time in my son's life, we saw him satisfied and full as he was finally feeding properly which in turn led to a calmer baby and better sleep!

We can't thank Pauline enough for her amazing service and would highly recommend her to any breastfeeding mum, regardless of tongue tie as her expertise as a lactation consultant has been truly life changing for me and our baby.
