I have had my 16 week old daughters tongue tie cut today with Pauline. After various other people missing this, Pauline picked it up within seconds. I felt so comfortable and at ease which made the process much easier for us both. My daughter left smiling and happy. Pauline also called me this evening to check how she was. Fabulous service and would 100% recommend to anyone!
