I was recommended Pauline by a friend as I had concerns that my daughter was tongue tied despite health practitioners not picking it up. I phoned Pauline and after speaking to her and explaining the problems I had, I was fairly convinced that my concerns were justified.

Pauline got us in quickly to her clinic where she was warm and welcoming. She assessed and scored the tongue and went through it all in detail so we understood what she was doing and why she recommended the procedure. She encouraged us to look at the tongue so that she could further explain and all of this gave us the reassurance we needed to proceed.

The procedure was obviously a bit distressing for my daughter but Pauline was quick to perform this and once complete I was encouraged to breastfeed and her cries stopped immediately. She was her usual self as soon as we left.

Post procedure I did not have any issues and noted 10 days after, my daughter now slept longer through the night!

I will absolutely recommend Pauline to other parents as she is extremely knowledgeable in her field and put us at ease throughout! She also, got in touch to see how my daughter was doing post procedure which I thought was a lovely touch and just showed that she genuinely cares about the job she is doing!
