Hi Pauline,

Thank you for the high level of care and attention you gave to us at what was a very stressful time. I was very apprehensive that my son’s tongue tie wasn’t going to be severe enough to be treated, but you explained everything very clearly on the phone and in person. Having the phone consultation beforehand was helpful to allow us to process the information. You were able to put all three of us at ease during our appointment and supported us with the latch after the procedure.
