I had an extremely positive experience with Pauline for my daughter to be assessed for tongue tie. Pauline was very informative from the start of the phone call triage right up until the end of the procedure and after. Made me feel very reassured throughout. Also great that I could have contact via WhatsApp the day after the procedure for more questions and Pauline was able to get back to me immediately. Would 100% recommend Pauline’s service to any parents out there who have any concerns with there baby feeding or believe they may have potential tongue tie.
