We contacted Pauline early on, as we were finding feeding difficult. She contacted us the same day, and came to see us 2 days later. Her friendly and informative advice really changed things for us, and gave us the confidence to continue breastfeeding, with a few important tweaks on latch and hold. Pauline diagnosed a posterior tongue tie, which we had snipped within a week. The exercises that we were given to practice with our baby, alongside the regular contact and support from Pauline has meant that we have managed to exclusively breastfeed our baby, with continual improvement in feeding and weight gain.
