Before Booking
Before booking a tongue tie correction appointment, it is important to understand both the process for the procdure as well as to have read through all relating terms, conditions and safety information. Both the process and all relating terms and conditions can be found below as well as a link to the booking/contact form.
Booking Process
Please note that at present this service is available for infants up to 24 weeks old ONLY.
After completing the contact form, I will contact you directly by telephone, and should you wish to proceed with this service we will then complete a health questionnaire.
Payment will be required at the time of booking, (please see payment breakdown).
Please Note
If your infant has already seen a different practitioner, (either private or NHS) in the first instance please contact your original practitioner for their support as they have access to your infant's original medical records, and they remain your accountable practitioner. If this is not possible please discuss it with me via telephone before you book.
Payment Breakdown
An upfront fee of £200.00 is to be paid online using BACS at point of booking. This includes a booking
fee of £30.00. The booking fee is non-refundable should you cancel your appointment(s). Should a
division not be assumed beneficial or declined then total cost is £100.00 (£70.00 assessment +
£30.00 booking fees). You therefore would receive a refund of £100.00.
Reassessment/Redivision Review Face to Face
For previous clients, an upfront fee of £100.00 is to be paid online using BACS at point of booking.
This includes a booking fee of £30.00. The booking fee is non-refundable should you cancel your
appointment(s).
For clients who have received a tongue tie division elsewhere, an upfront fee of £200 (includes a
booking fee of £30.00, assessment fee of £70.00 and a division fee of £100.00), is to be paid on line
using BACS at point of booking.
